This Legal Notice regulates access, browsing and use of the Website. The Owner reserves the right to modify its presentation, configuration and content, as well as the conditions required for access and/or use. Access and/or use of the Website following the entry into force of such modifications implies acceptance thereof.

However, access and use of certain content and/or services may be subject to specific conditions.
For the purposes of interpretation of this Legal Notice, a person becomes a user (hereinafter “User” or “Users”) at the moment they accept this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

Liabilities:

The Owner shall not be liable for information and content stored in forums, social networks or any other means enabling third parties to publish content independently on the website provider’s page.

However, taking into account Articles 11 and 16 of LSSI-CE, the Owner undertakes to withdraw or, where appropriate, block content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights or public morals and order.

The company shall also not be liable for damages arising from software failures or misconfigurations installed on the User’s computer. All liability for technical incidents or failures occurring when the User connects to the internet is excluded. Likewise, the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the website is not guaranteed.
